Nana Schulz è un'artista visiva nata a Lubecca, germania nel 1967. Ha studiato pittura e scultura presso il Muthesius Schule di Kiel. Lo studio della danza e della musica durante  tutta la sua infanzia, l'ha portata a lavorare in diverse discipline quali il cinema, la scultura, istallazione, disegno, performance e musica.
E' stata uno dei membri fondatori delle gallerie   Prima Kunst e.V. in Kiel nel 1989; danzatrice e performer del Theatre Danse Grotesque Tatoeba e.V.,di Berlino, lavorando a contatto con i compositori del film musicale „Soundsfiction Music Production“. Dal 2002 si è esibita moltte volte insieme a Martin Schräder, sotto il nome di Shulz&Schraeder“; nel 2004 ha fondato, insieme a R.Skibowski e N.Schlüter,, il gruppo „projektgruppe sssk“, che consiste in un progetto di educazione per i bambini che hanno subito abusi.
Suona il flauto traverso in differenti gruppi musicali, tra cui attualmente la band LAN.
Il suo lavoro è complessivamente basato sulla scultura e film che si uniscono insieme a formare installazioni ambientali.

Nana Schulz is a visual artist, born in Luebeck/Germany in 1967. She studied painting and sculpture at the Muthesius Schule in Kiel. Educated in dance and music in her childhood, she worked in several disciplins as film, sculpture, installation, drawings, performance and music.
She was foundation member of the galerie Prima Kunst e.V. in Kiel in 1989, she was dancer and performer in the Theatre Danse Grotesque Tatoeba e.V., Berlin , working together with the filmmusic composers „Soundsfiction Music Production“. Since 2002 she made some exhibition together with Martin Schräder, under the name „Schulz&Schraeder“, in 2004 she founded the group „projektgruppe sssk“, together with the Artists R.Skibowski and N.Schlüter, which is an education project for injured children.
She plays transverse flute in different bands, the current one is called LAN.
Her works is mostly based on sculpture and film, which come together in installations and environments.
